Members of the Commission is appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the advice of the Prime Minister. The appointment is not more than seven (7) Commissioners, consisting of a Chairman, a Deputy Chairman and five Commissioners. Membership is for a term not exceeding three years and each member cannot hold the post for more than two consecutive periods in accordance with section 7(1) of Act 700.
On 1 November 2017, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong XV Sultan Muhammad V has consented on the appointment of seven (7) Commissioners for the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) for a period of three (3) years.

YBhg. Dato' A. Aziz A. Rahim has extensive experience in the legal and judicial system in Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (History) and a Bachelor of Laws from University of Malaya and he then obtained a Master of Laws from King's College, University of London, United Kingdom. He later obtained a Certified in Legislative Drafting from the Royal Institute of Public Administration (RIPA), London, United Kingdom.
He began his professional career as a General Administrative Officer in the Malaysian Public Service Department from 1972 to 1975. Later in 1975, he was appointed as a Magistrate in the Magistrate's Court of Alor Setar, Kedah, before being posted to the Magistrate’s Court of Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur.
Throughout his years of services, he was appointed as a Senior Assistant Court Registrar of the High Court of Muar, Legal Advisor of the Public Service Department, Legal Officer of the Ministry of Defense of Malaysia and as Assistant Drafter, Head of Research Unit and also a Deputy Head of Civil Division in the Attorney General's Chambers. In addition, he was appointed as a Negeri Sembilan Legal Advisor, Johor State Legal Advisor, and Legal Advisor in the Islamic Development Department of Prime Minister's Department.
In May 2003, he was appointed by the Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong as a Judicial Commissioner of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak and was placed in the High Court of Miri, Sarawak. In December 2004, he was appointed as a Judge of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak and posted in the High Court of Kuching, Sarawak. In April 2009, he was then transferred as High Court Judge in Kuala Lumpur High Court. Subsequently in April 2012, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong had consented to his appointment as the Court of Appeal Judge until his retirement in March 2016. Upon his retirement in June 2016, he was then appointed as an Advisor at the Attorney General’s Chambers.
On 1 November 2017 Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong has consented the appointment of YBhg. Dato’ A. Aziz A. Rahim as the Chairman of the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) for a period of 3 years.
YBhg. Datuk Dr. Anis Yusal Yusoff is currently the Director-General of National Integrity and Good Governance Department (JITN) effective 12 March 2018. He was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysian Institute of Integrity (INTEGRITI) since 2014. Previously he was also a Principle Fellow of the the Institute of Ethnic Studies (KITA), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He has served for 12 years (1993-2005) with the United Nations Volunteers Development Program (UNDP) and his last position there was the Assistant Representative in Malaysia. During his tenured with UNDP, he was seconded to the United Nations Volunteers Development Program Specialist at the United Nations Volunteers Headquarters in Bonn, Germany.
YBhg. Datuk Dr. Anis Yusal has also been appointed as the Director of Political Sector Founder of the Malaysian Institute of Integrity between 2005 – 2008. For his contributions to the work of governance and integrity, he has been appointed by Yang Amat Berhormat Perdana Menteri as one of the member of the Advisory Panel for Consultation and Prevention of Corruption under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission for two terms, 2009 - 2010 and 2011 - 2012. In addition, he was on the Advisory Panel of Research and Training Institute for National Integration in the Department of National Unity and National Integration and National Consumer Advisory Council. Apart from the focus on governance and integrity, he was also appointed as a member of the Advisory Panel for the National Integration Research and Training Institute at the National Unity and Integration Department (JPNIN) and as a member of the National Consumer Advisory Council. In 2015, he was appointed as Member of the Certificate of Integrity Officer Training Certification Board by the MACC Academy and the latest, YBhg Datuk Dr. Anis Yusal was appointed as the Editorial Advisory Board for the Journal of Governance & Integrity.
He has a Ph.D from UKM and MSc. from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York and has been approved by Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah on 15th October 2014 as Enforcement Agency Integrity (EAIC) Commissioner for a period of 3 years.
On 1 November 2017, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong has consented on the appointment of Datuk Dr. Anis Yusal Yusoff as Deputy Chairman of EAIC for a period of 3 years.
Madam Leong May Chan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Master's Degree from University Malaya. She is an Advocator and Solicitor, and the Proprietor of Messr May Leong & Co. and Commissioner for Oaths of the same firm.
Madam Leong May Chan is a member of the Investigation Tribunal Panel, Advocate and Solicitor Disciplinary Board and a member of the Disciplinary Committee in 2007 - present. She was the President of the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia until 2010 and was appointed as Legal Researcher at the Royal Commission to Enhance the Operation and Management of the Royal Malaysia Police in 2005.
On 15 October 2014, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah has consented on the appointment of Madam Leong May Chan as Enforcement Agency Integrity Commissioner (EAIC) until 15 November 2017.
On 1 November 2017, she has accepted her reappointment as EAIC commissioner for second term by Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong for a period of 3 years.
Mr. Lee Sow Siong holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of East London. He has been a Solicitor and Advocate for almost 17 years and is a partner at Messrs K.F. Wong & Lee. He has also been a member of the Investigation Tribunal Panel, Advocate and Solicitor Disciplinary Board.
He is a former partner of Messrs. Skrine & Co. and a member of Littleton Chambers in London. He is and Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya and High Court of Singapore. At the same time, he is also a member of Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague, Netherlands.
Mr. Lee Sow Siong actives in Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) and a few voluntaries. He held a few important positions i.e. the Chairman of the Sekolah Tinggi Chung Hua Senior Students Association and then as the Deputy Chairman of the Administration Board of Sekolah Tinggi Chung Hua Senior Students Association in Seremban. He has also served as the Treasurer of SRJK (C) Chung Hua, Seremban,the Legal Advisor to many voluntary bodies such as Seremban’s SRJK(c) Kuo Min Senior Students Association, The Alumni of SRJK (C) Chun Ying, Chee Yin Tong Association, Titi, Jelebu, Seremban’s Toong Onn’ Association, the Melaka and Negeri Sembilan’s car owner workshop association, the Kim Lan’s Charity Association, the Petaling Jaya’s and Jelebu’s Foot Sen Temple and a few associations in Negeri Sembilan.

YBhg. Dato’ Sabariah Hassan holds a Bachelor of Art (Hons) from University of Malaya and a Master of Science from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
YBhg. Dato’ Sabariah Hassan shas a vast experience in civil service particularly in Operations Department. She starts her career in 1981 as an Assistant Director at Ministry of Finance until 1989. Dato’ Sabariah was then appointed as Senior Assistant Director (Organization Development) at the Public Service Department for 8 years until 1997, Undersecretary (Human Resource) at Ministry of Health until 2009 and later Senior Undersecretary (Operational) at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation until 2011.
YBhg. Dato’ Sabariah was appointed as Deputy Secretary General (Operation) at the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development for 3 years (2011-2014) before being promoted as the Secretary General in 2014. She returned to Public Service Department on 2016 and served for a year as the Deputy Director General (Operation).
YBhg. Dato’ Sabariah has received the Darjah Ahli Mangku Negara (A.M.N) on 2002 followed by the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (D.I.M.P) which carries the title Dato’ on 2008. Later she was conferred the Johan Mangku Negara (J.M.N) on 2014.
On 1 November 2017, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong has consented on the appointment of Dato’ Sabariah Hassan as Commissioner of EAIC for a period of 3 years.
Mr. James Nayagam holds a Bachelor of Law from University of London and a Master of Science from University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
He is an active activist in regulating for human rights. His perseverance can be seen through the establishment of Shelter Home where he was one of the founders of the welfare body in 1981.
Through Shelter Home, he was involved in the works under the Special Prison Education Development Work for juvenile offenders at Kajang Prison in 2005. The program is to educate the Juvenile offenders for two years and have received good response from prisoners and prison authorities.
Looking at his persistence and determination for human rights establishment, he was appointed as one of the Commissioner member of Malaysian Human Rights Commission (SUHAKAM) from 2010 to 2016.
On 1 November 2017, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong has consented the appointment of Mr. James Nayagam as Commissioner of EAIC for a period of 3 years.
YBrs. Prof. Madya Dr. Abang Ekhsan Abang Othman holds a Bachelor of Public Administration (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Master of Human Resource Management from Griffith University, Australia, Ph.D in Faculty of Economics and Business from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) and Ph.D in Faculty of Business Administration from Hosei Universiti, Japan.
Prof. Madya Dr. Abang Ekhsan Abang Othman has a vast experience in the academic field and human development management. He started his career in 1997 as a tutor in UNIMAS and was later appointed in 1999 as a lecturer at the Faculty of Cognitive Sciences & Human Development. He then rose through the ranks and held important positions along the way namely as a Head of Department for Human Resource and Development (HRD) programme, Coordinator for Master HRD, Director of International Affair Division, Deputy Dean of Faculty of Undergraduate and Student Development (2010-2013), and Dean of Faculty of Cognitive Sciences and Human Development (2015-2017). Currently he is the Director, Chancellery & International Relations Office (UNIMAS Global).
On 1 January 2018, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong has consented on the appointment of Prof. Madya Dr. Abang Ekhsan Abang Othman as Commissioner of EAIC for a period of 3 years.
