Members of the Commission is appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the advice of the Prime Minister. The appointment is not more than 7 Commissioners, consisting of a Chairman, a Deputy Chairman and five Commissioners. Membership is for a term not exceeding three years and each member cannot hold the post for more than two consecutive periods in accordance with section 7(1) of Act 700.
On 15 October 2014, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Abdul Halim has consented on the appointment of seven (7) Commissioners for the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission (EAIC) for a period of three (3) years.

YA Datuk Yaacob bin Hj. Md Sam has had extensive experience in the legal and judicial system. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from University Malaya and obtained a Certificate in Legislative Drafting(Advance) from the University of West Indies.
YA Datuk Yaacob began his career in the judiciary as a Magistrate in Kuala Lumpur Magistrate Court since 1982 and has held several key positions in the Attorney General's Chambers and the Judiciary.
Throughout his years of services, he has hold the position as a Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), State Legal Advisor of Perlis and Johor, Senior Federal Counsel and Deputy Head of Prosecution Division (Policy) at the Attorney General's Chambers and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Prime Minister's Department. YA Datuk Yaacob, prior to his appointment, served as a Judge in the Penang High Court and then later as a Judge in the Shah Alam High Court.
Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Zulkefli bin A. Hassan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University Malaya, a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Bradford (United Kingdom), and a Philosophy Docotorate in Agricultural Economics from the University of Manchester (United Kingdom).
Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Zulkefli starts his career in public services as Deputy Director in Ministry of Finance on 1974. He has been appointed as Director of Training Division of Public Service Department, Deputy Director at National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) and Director at JKP Sdn. Bhd.
Besides that, he also serves as Head of Assistant Director of Macro Economic Planning at the Prime Minister's Department. He was then appointed as Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education on 2005 and serves for 5 years before being appointed as Enforcement Agency Integrity Commissioner on 1st April 2011 until 31st March 2014. On 15th October 2014, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Abdul Halim has consented on the appointment of Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Zulkefli as Deputy Chairman for a period of 3 years.
Dato’ Sri Robert Jacob Ridu holds a Master's Degree in Science from the University of York (United Kingdom). He began his career under Commonwealth Development Corporation at Kuala Lumpur and London, United Kingdom on 1963 before serving as Manager and Administration Consultants at Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad, Touche Ross & Co. in Kuching, Sarawak. He is a UTM Council of Professor on 1986 and was awarded a Fellowship from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom.
Dato’ Sri Robert Jacob Ridu is a former Speaker of the State Legislative Assembly from 1987 to 1994. He served as Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure Development of Sarawak from 1981 to 1987, Director of Kuching Port Authority and Sarawak Housing and Development Commission. He is currently active in social activities and has served as the President of the Dayak Bidayuh National Association, Deputy Secretary-General and Deputy President of United Traditional Bumiputera Party of Sarawak.
Dato’ Sri Robert Jacob Ridu later was appointed as Enforcement Agency Integrity Commissioner on 1st April 2011 until 31 Mac 2014. On 15th October 2014, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Abdul Halim has consented on the appointment of Dato’ Sri Robert Jacob Ridu as EAIC’s commissioner for a period of 3 years.
Mr. Vinayak Prabhakar Pradhan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law (Honours) from the University of Singapore and is a Chartered Arbitrator from Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.
He is a former partner of Messrs. Skrine & Co. and a member of Littleton Chambers in London. He is and Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya and High Court of Singapore. At the same time, he is also a member of Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague, Netherlands.
Mr. Vinayak Prabhakar Pradhan was also the Chairman of the Ministry of Transport's Tak Force on the Port Klang Free Zone Projects (PKFZ) in 2009, Commissioner of the United Nation Compensation Commission, Geneva, Switzerland from 1998 to 2003, Vice Chair if the International Chamber of Commerce Commision on Arbitration and Deputy President for Chartered Institute Arbitrators (United Kingdom) and is on the Board of Adivsors of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration and Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
Mr. Vinayak Prabhakar Pradhan was appointed as Enforcement Agency Integrity Commissioner on 1 April 2011 until 31 Mac 2014 and have accepted reappointment as EAIC Commissioner for second term by Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah on 15 October 2014.
Madam Leong May Chan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Master's Degree from University Malaya. She is an Advocator and Solicitor, and the Proprietor of Messr May Leong & Co. and Commissioner for Oaths of the same firm.
MadamLeong May Chan is a member of the Investigation Tribunal Panel, Advocate and Solicitor Disciplinary Board and a member of the Disciplinary Committee in 2007 - present. She was the President of the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia until 2010 and was appointed as Legal Researcher at the Royal Commission to Enhance the Operation and Management of the Royal Malaysia Police in 2005.
On 15th October 2014, Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah has consented on the appointment of Madam Leong May Chan as Enforcement Agency Integrity Commissioner for a period of 3 years.
Dr. Anis Yusal Yusoff at this time is a Principal Research Fellow at the Institte of Ethnic Studies (KITA), the National University of Malaysia (UKM). He is also worked for 12 years (1993 - 2005) with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as Assistant Resident Representative in Malaysia. In the time he serves with UNDP, he was lent as Programme Specialist for the United Nations Colunteers in Bonn, Germany.
Dr. Anis Yusal was the Founding Director of the Politcal Sector in Malaysian Intitute of Integrity (IIM) between the year of 2005 to 2008. While in IIM, he managed to publish a few books discussing on the issues of integrity in Malaysia. His list of published books can be accessed at http://ukm.academia.edu/anisyusoff.
For his contributions to the work of governance and integrity, he has been appointed by Yang Amat Berhormat Perdana Menteri as one of the member of the Advisory Panel for Consultation and Prevention of Corruption under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission for two terms, 2009 - 2010 and 2011 - 2012. In addition, he was on the Advisory Panel of Research and Training Institute for National Integration in the Department of National Unity and National Integration and National Consumer Advisory Council.
He has a Ph.D from UKM and MSc. from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York and has been approved by Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah on 15th October 2014 as Enforcement Agency Integrity Commissioner for a period of 3 years.
Mr. Lee Sow Siong holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of East London. He has been a Solicitor and Advocate for almost 17 years and is a partner at Messrs K.F. Wong & Lee. He has also been a member of the Investigation Tribunal Panel, Advocate and Solicitor Disciplinary Board.
Mr. Lee Sow Siong actives in Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) and a few voluntaries. He held a few important positions i.e. the Chairman of the Sekolah Tinggi Chung Hua Senior Students Association and then as the Deputy Chairman of the Administration Board of Sekolah Tinggi Chung Hua Senior Students Association in Seremban. He has also served as the Treasurer of SRJK (C) Chung Hua, Seremban,the Legal Advisor to many voluntary bodies such as Seremban’s SRJK(c) Kuo Min Senior Students Association, The Alumni of SRJK (C) Chun Ying, Chee Yin Tong Association, Titi, Jelebu, Seremban’s Toong Onn’ Association, the Melaka and Negeri Sembilan’s car owner workshop association, the Kim Lan’s Charity Association, the Petaling Jaya’s and Jelebu’s Foot Sen Temple and a few associations in Negeri Sembilan.
